Steven Dickey
President
Steve is the heart of Liberty Waste & Recycling. He has dedicated over 30 years to the waste service industry and has a passion for team building and business development. Steve knows that customer experience is the key to success. A true leader, Steve is the first to open the door in morning and the last to lock up, an example of dedication and hard work. Although a workaholic his entire life, these days Steve can also be found camping, kayaking, or renovating his new RV.

Rick Jenkins
Vice President
Rick has over 20 years of experience working with environmental reclamation in the waste & recycling industry. His reputation of providing first rate customer service precedes him. Liberty’s daily operations run smoothly due to Rick’s impeccable management skills and it’s through his dedicated leadership that the company shows continual growth. Even though Rick’s commute is a long one, he still finds spare time to enjoy a good cigar at the end of the day.
